St Albans & North London
Experience: 8+ Years Experience at Arsenal Football Club. Second in Charge to Grounds Manager Steve Braddock.
Hi, I’m Andy, your local Lawn Master representative in St. Albans. You can call me for a free quotation if you live in any of the following areas: Barnet, Totteridge, Hadley Wood, St Albans, Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, Harpenden Brookmans Park, Potters Bar, Cuffley, Radlett and any other surrounding areas.
I’ve always had a natural aptitude for working on the land and have done so in the Middle East and Australia as well as in the UK.
After travelling extensively, I began work at Arsenal Football Club’s state-of-the-art training facility at Colney in 1999. Within two years, I’d become second in charge to Grounds Manager, Steve Braddock
I learnt a huge amount during my time at Arsenal F.C. My role covered all aspects of turf management, as well as helping to lead and motivate a team. We carried out all our renovations in-house and I took particular interest in the use of specialist machinery.
Arsenal’s groundstaff are renowned for their high standards, something that I’ve brought with me to Lawn Master. I get enormous satisfaction from helping customers have the lawn that they’ve always wanted.
What Andy Can Do For You
I’ve spent a lot of time dealing with a different variety of problems in turf. Some of these which I can remove from your lawn include:
- Chafer Grubs
- Red Thread
- Casting Worms
Creating a unique feed programme for your lawn is essential to ensure that the best results are achieved. I will explain to you why treating every lawn the same and applying the same product repeatedly is a waste of time and money and how I can provide unique services for you.
With the recent significant advances in turf care products, different reactions can be provided in turf that can benefit you in many ways. For example, I can provide you with services that will force your grass to grow quicker and create thicker sward, or I can force your grass to grow slower when required to avoid having to cut it as often.
