In 2010, Lawn Master became the first lawn company in the UK to achieve the ISO 9001 accreditation. The standard demonstrates how Lawn Master and the franchise network operates by having standerdised systems in place. It is our responsibility to inform all of our franchisees, suppliers and customers of our scope of registration and quality policy.

Commitment to the implementation of fully trained operatives and business operational systems is essential to realising that goal.

Lawn Master believes in the concept of client and supplier working together in pursuing this policy and in continually striving for improvements in service quality.

The quality policy is based on 3 fundamental principles:

  2. Looking at our service processes, identifying the potential for errors and taking the necessary action to eliminate them.
