Biography

Introduction

Hi, I’m Peter, your local Lawn Master depot in Hertfordshire and Essex. You can call me for a free quotation if you live in or around any of the following areas: Woodford Green, Loughton, Goffs Oak, Broxbourne, Enfield, Bishops Stortford, Stevenage and any other surrounding towns and villages.

Peter’s Background

I have worked at golf clubs as both a greenkeeper and a Golf Course Manager in Hertfordshire and Essex for over 20 years. The locations that I have worked at include:

  • The Jack Nicklaus Designed Hertfordshire Golf and Country Club where I worked for 5 years
  • Stapleford Abbotts Golf Course where I worked for 5 years as Golf Course Manager for the first time by the age of 21
  • The Manor of Groves Golf Course where I worked for 7 years as Greenkeeper Assistant and then Golf Course Manager by the age of 21

All of my extensive knowledge of turf care has been achieved from working at the above courses.

Peter’s Achievements

I am qualified in greenkeeping up to NVQ Level 3.

I’m also a fully qualified assessor and trainer for City & Guilds, meaning I was able to train greenkeepers and turf professionals for 10 years before starting my Lawn Master franchise.

What Peter Can Do For You

With my extensive knowledge gained particularly from The Jack Nicklaus Golf Club, I can provide you with a lawn treatment programme that best suits your lawn’s based on the following:

  • The amount of light your lawn receives
  • The type of soil your lawn grows in
  • The moisture levels of your soil
  • How compacted your lawn is
  • What type of grass your lawn has

I will explain the various services that we offer that other lawn treatment companies don’t, like over-seeding and growth retardants, and how there are different types of grass seed available to you.

Since I started my Lawn Master franchise in 2011, I have quickly built up a reputation for achieving outstanding results in poor soil types, and understanding which exact products will work best on these types of lawns.

If you often have dogs and children on your lawn, you may think that it’s damaged beyond repair. However, ask me about our Regener8 system as it can recover a lawn back to its former glory, regardless of its current condition.
