Q. Can you treat moss problems?
A. Yes, we do not ignore moss until it becomes a major problem. Our feeds throughout the year are tailored to deal with this problem.

Q. Will weed killers harm my pets?

A. No, none of our weed killers are harmful to either your pets or yourself when applied properly by competent staff.

Q. Will the weed killers that you use, harm my plants or trees?
A. No, when applied correctly, the weed killer will not affect any plants or trees.

Q. Are there any hidden charges to worry about?
A. No, there are no extra charges. Our service is a very simple pay-as-you-go service.

Q. Do I have to sign a contract?
A. No, we are happy to continue working for you for as long as you require.

Q. How long will I have to wait before I can cut my lawn after a treatment?
A. Normally 2-3 days, to allow the products to work properly, and to avoid your lawn mower from picking up fertiliser.

Q. Do I have to be home every time that you call to apply a treatment?
A. No. As long as we have access to your lawns to complete the application. (e.g. no locked gates)

Q. How can I pay?
A. We offer a pay-as-you-go system. You can pay by cash, cheque, BACS or standing order.

Q. I think that my lawn is beyond repair, what should I do?
A. You may be surprised that most people think that their lawns are beyond repair. Call us for a free analysis and we can advise you further.

Q. What if my gardener is present when you call?
A. Having a gardener present is fine. However, we recommend that you inform your gardener not to cut your lawns for a few days after treatment have been applied.
