Our History

Lawn Master now predominantly treats domestic lawns. The switch was made in the late 1990’s, because hardly any companies were specialising in the domestic market. Also, the list of products available for the D.I.Y enthusiast, was very poor and is still reducing year on year, as more products are removed from sale.

Another main factor was that there were a lot of smaller lawn companies around, offering poor service and unreliable products. Also, one of the main market leaders at the time, were suffering from what we call 'incumbent inertia', and still are.

Incumbent inertia is a phrase to describe companies that feel so secure in their market position, that they don't feel threatened by new competitors. Because of this, they don't innovate their products and services, or their methods. This is what Sir James Dyson acted on one morning, and look where that ended!

So, armed with extensive knowledge and expertise learned commercially, we began by putting to bed some of the myths, such as special coated fertilisers being only available to certain lawn companies.

What's So Different?

All lawns are different, so we stock our vehicles with a large selection of the finest products available on the market today, and shy away from a set feed program. Fertiliser choice should always be decided when looking at the customer's lawn. This is how we create better quality lawns, and get thoroughly satisfied customers. Our customers say that their lawns have never been better.

Lawn Master is treating thousands of domestic lawns between our depots, and are still continuing to expand. We receive enquiries for our service Nationwide, and also an incredible amount of customer recommendations, on a daily basis.

"More customers can see the benefit of the unique service and choice offered by Lawn Master, whether organic or traditional treatments are required. We are a 'growing concern"!
