Q. Can you treat moss problems?
A. We do not ignore moss until it becomes a major problem. Our feeds throughout the season are tailored to deal with this problem.
Q. Will weed killers harm my pets?
A. No. None of our weed killers are a problem with either your pets or yourself when applied by totally competent staff.
Q. Will the weed killers you use harm my plants or trees?
A. Again not when used correctly.
Q. Are there any hidden charges to worry about?
A. No, there are no extra charges.
Q. Do I have to sign a contract?
A. No, we will be happy to continue for only as long as you require.
Q. How soon will I have to wait before I can cut my lawn after a treatment?
A. Normally a couple of days, to allow the weed killers to work and avoid fertiliser pickup.
Q. Do I have to wait in, or be home every time you call to apply a treatment?
A. Not as long as we can have access to your lawns to complete the application.
Q. How can I pay?
A. We offer a pay as you go system, and you can also remit by post.
Q. Can I only get slow release and special fertilisers that do not need watering in only from certain particular lawn companies?
A. These are ridiculous statements that should be treated with the contempt they deserve, and make you cautious of the instigators.
Q. I think my lawn may be beyond repair what should I do?
A. You may be surprised that most customers think that their lawns are beyond saving, why not call for your free analysis and we can the advise you further. After all it’s free.
Q. What about my gardener
A. That’s fine. A lot of our customers do, but we only enhance the work your gardener does, most gardeners only cut the lawns and do not specialise in lawn renovation like ourselves.
Q. Are your operators qualified in lawn care?
A. Lawn Master use mostly ex-golf industry trained staff; you will receive the best-qualified service available.
